Terms + Conditions
Your time and my time are extremely important to me which is why I use a booking system and cancellation terms. A deposit is required to secure your booking and will be deducted from the total cost at your appointment. This helps with no-shows and ensures clients can have the appointment day and time they require.
Canceling or rescheduling any appointment within the 24 hour window prior to your booking will void your deposit. However, I know things happened and if that's the case we can definitely reschedule a new appointment in these circumstances.
A non-refundable booking fee of $20 is required to confirm your booking, this can be done at time of booking or through PAYID or bank transfer.
I allow 1 business day notice to reschedule any booked appointments to another available day. This can be done through the link in your booking confirmation up until the 24 hours before.
